DISTRICT 23 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
CHAIRMAN HOLAND NEUBAUER
Holand was born in Williston in 1982 and graduated from Trinity Christian High School in 2001. He attended college at Williston State College and University of North Dakota.
Holand started his career in the Oil and Gas Industry in 2005. He is now a business owner serving the Oil and Gas industry. Holand also serves on the board of the API Williston Chapter (American Petroleum Institute).
He and his wife, Danielle, also born and raised here, have two boys 6 and 8 years old. They started their family here and plan on having their kids continue their education at home, right here in Williston, ND.
DENNIS NEHRING
VICE-CHAIRMAN
Dennis Nehring was born in Williston, ND in 1953 and raised on ranch west of Williston of which he currently owns. He attended grade school at Round Prairie Elementary, high school at Williston High School, and
college at Williston State College where he obtained an Associate of Arts in Agricultural Business. Dennis also holds degrees from North Dakota State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and from Minot State University an Associate of Science working with DD.

Dennis served in the US Army for 2 years.

He manages and operates his ranch, tends to the oilfield to include welding, drilling rigs, pipelines, and fracking.

Dennis has served 25 to 30 years on his township board. 10 years as either chairman or vice chair of Williams county TWP officers association. 1 term on D8 school board and 2 terms as 1st vice chair D23 Republican party.

Dennis has been married for 33 years and between his wife and himself they have 6 daughters.
JOEL NIX
2ND VICE-CHAIRMAN
Joel was born in Valley City, ND and raised on a small horse ranch and graduated from Valley City High School in 1987. He took his passion for football to the University of Mary where he played 2 years until an injury that ended his playing days. He then transferred to Moorhead State University where he graduated with a degree in Fitness and Sports Science.
In 1995, he began working as an apprentice electrician. He earned his Journeyman's license and Master's license in the few years to follow. In 2011, Joel started working in Williston, ND and moved his family here in 2013. That same year, Joel founded White Mountain Electric Inc. Today, he continues as its president and runs it as well as a few other business ventures.

Joel has been married to the love of his life, Roni, since 1995. They have 5 children all of who were home schooled. In his free time, Joel enjoys working out and coaching is a new found passion, basketball at Williston Trinity Christian School. Joel thank God for the multiple blessings in his life, one of which is serving the people of District 23.
KIM WILSON
TREASURER
Kim Wilson grew up in Williston, ND and obtained her B.A. in Music/Vocal Performance with an emphasis in opera from Minot State University. She moved back to Williston where she and her husband, Eric and daughter reside. She works as a secretary/account payables.
Kim is excited to be apart of the newly organized District 23 and serve on the executive committee as treasurer.
SHARLET MOHR
SECRETARY
Sharlet Mohr was born and raised in Williston, ND. She has lived in MN and the East Coast for 12 years and also in Dickinson for 2 years, but has always made her way back home, here in Williston. She has four children and three grandchildren. She is a God, family, country-loving girl. She is excited to serve on the Executive Board and help make a positive impact on our future generations.
